Who we are
People first, paper second
Vukora is a recruitment and manpower sourcing agency based in Serbia. We work with job seekers, both Serbian citizens and citizens of countries outside the EU, and with Serbian employers who need reliable people.
We focus on six fields where demand is steady: cleaning and housekeeping, construction, delivery, restaurant service, kitchens and factory work. Our job is to connect the right person with the right employer, prepare both sides, and help with the documents along the way.

Before you sign
Honest recruitment
Non-EU citizens must obtain the appropriate Serbian visa and/or single residence and work permit, as applicable, before beginning employment. Permits are decided by the Serbian authorities. We help you understand the process and prepare documents; we cannot promise approval or a job.
Under Serbian law, private employment agencies may not charge unemployed job seekers for employment mediation. Ask for any fee terms in writing before you sign anything, and read the contract offered by the employer in a language you understand.
