Privacy Policy

Vukora is the controller of the personal data described here. You can contact us about privacy at office@vukora.si, by phone on +381 61 235 0021, or by post at Jug Bogdanova No. 26, Savski venac municipality, Belgrade, Republic of Serbia.

We only collect what you give us, such as when you write to us or fill in a form:

• Candidates: name, contact details, citizenship, the work you are looking for, your expected salary, your experience and the documents you choose to share: a copy of your passport photo page, a passport-size photo, your CV and other documents such as diplomas, certificates or references.
• Employers: company name, contact person, contact details and the roles you need to fill.
• Everyone: the content of messages you send us, including messages on WhatsApp.

Forms on this website currently prepare an email in your own email app. Nothing you type or attach is sent to or stored by us until you send that email yourself.

We ask for a passport copy and photo only because employers and the authorities need them for the employment contract and permit applications. We never ask for your original passport.

• To answer your enquiry and assess your application or request.
• To introduce suitable candidates to employers, with the candidate’s knowledge.
• To help prepare employment and permit documents when you ask us to.
• To meet our legal obligations.

We process data with your consent, to take steps you request before entering into an agreement, and where the law requires it. You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing that already took place.

We share a candidate’s details and documents with an employer only for a specific role and only with the candidate’s knowledge. We may share data with public authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

We keep application data for as long as needed to find you suitable work, and delete it when you ask us to or when it is no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. Passport copies are deleted as soon as they are no longer needed for a specific application.

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Write to office@vukora.si to use any of these rights.

You can also complain to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other websites. The WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp, which handles your chat under its own privacy policy.

We will update this page if the way we handle personal data changes, and show the date of the last update at the top.
